The BAA strives to deliver quality, graded accommodation with easy access to direct bookings, either on-line or by phoning one telephone number. Accommodation establishments who are members of the BAA are committed to go the extra mile to make each guest a valued client.
The BAA was established in 1999 with the main aim to form a solid base of quality, graded Accommodation Establishments in order to deliver a high ethical standard of service that will exceed all expectations. Direct bookings on a non-commission basis can easily be made on- line or through one telephone number, which will facilitate prompt and effective bookings, thereby reducing the cost of the client.
Members of the BAA are expected to follow a strict Code of Conduct and apply the minimum hospitality standards as stipulated by the BAA’s Constitution and Criteria offered by the Tourism Grading Council. Each establishment’s grading standard is shown in either stars or roses.
